Ari's first fever dream is about millions of sparrows falling from the sky along with Buddy Holly's plane. The sparrows are hitting and cutting Ari as they fall. He hears Dante crying and turns to find him holding Richi Valen's dead body as the rest of the place comes crashing down on everyone. The earth is on fire and the sky disappears. In the next dream, Ari is searching for Dante who is lost in a thunderstorm. The dream changes and Ari is searching for his dad.
