    Students will be able to consider the different ways of reading and knowing involved in theatrical production

    Structure:

    For homework last night, students should have looked up clips or still photographs of two different productions of The Pillowman. Ask a few students to share their two images. Both were productions of the same play: what do they have in common? What are the significant differences between them? How can visual elements like sets and costumes in a play best support the telling of a story?
