Linear speed is given as $\omega \space r$ and $\omega$ is the same for all points on the body but the distance from the point of rotation changes and hence the linear speed also changes. Radial acceleration is given as $\omega^2\space r$ and $\omega$ is the same for all points on the body but the distance from the point of rotation changes and hence the radial acceleration also changes.
