The point at which water boils increases as temperature increases. Thus, the boiling point will be higher up on the line. This makes sense from a practical standpoint, for the whole point of a pressure cooker is to allow water to boil at a higher temperature. This allows the cook to heat the water up more before it begins to evaporate.
