Answer

(c) I and III

Work Step by Step

I. increasing runoff III. increasing percolation The hydrologic cycle has to do with water's movement around the biosphere. Evapotranspiration (combination of evaporation and transpiration) is greatly present in this cycle. Human activity can reduce evapotranspiration. If this is reduced, then there will be more water left in the soil and/or on the ground, leading to an increase of runoff and percolation.
