Yes the crown could be made of gold.

Work Step by Step

Density of the crown can be calculate by using the formula: $Density = \frac{Mass}{Volume}$. Therefore the density of the crown is $D = \frac{206 g}{10.7 mL} = 19.252 g/mL$. Using the conversion factor of $1 mL = 1 cm^{3}$, the density of the crown is $19.252 g/cm^{3}$ which is close to the density of gold $(19.3 g/cm^{3})$ and thus the crown could be made out of gold.
