Volume of ball = $\frac{4}{3} \times \pi \times r^{3}$ => volume = $\frac{4}{3} \times 3.14 \times 0.50^{3}$ => volume = 0.52 cm$^{3}$ Density = $\frac{mass}{volume}$ => Density of ball = 2/0.52 = 3.84 g/mL Since the density of ball is 3.84 g/mL which is higher than that of water ball will sink.
