Frequency and photon energy are directly proportional to each other. Wavelength is inversely proportional to both frequency and photon energy. One joule equals $1 \frac{kg*m^2}{s^2}$.
The equation relating frequency to photon energy is $E=hv$, therefore, the two are directly proportional. The equations relating wavelength to frequency and photon energy to wavelength are $v\lambda=c$ and $E=hc/\lambda$, therefore, wavelength is inversely proportional to both frequency and photon energy.
