You should think twice when ordering something from a restaurant when it only has the epithet (the specific descriptive term for organisms) because a lot of classes could have the same epithet name, but they are way different from each other. For example, the epithet may be Americans, but the class name could be Ursus, Bufo, Lepus, and many others. If you don't know the class name, there is no way to know if what you are eating is safe or not. Restaurants could sell poisonous organisms just to make money, but covering up the class name is a big clue to that.
