The UV index measures the amount of UV radiation that is expected on a given day. The higher the UV index, the higher the amount of radiation that area receives. Looking at the chart, we compare the UV indexes. The highest UV index would be the option for which we are searching. Option a. gives us a UV index of 6. Option b. gives us a UV index of 3 to 4. Option c. gives a UV index of 2. Finally, option d. gives a UV index of 7 to 8. Therefore, option d. has the highest UV index and is the city a visitor would be most wary to visit during that time of year.
