The graph is not bell shaped or symmetric about the mean. So it is not representative of a normal distribution.

From the graph we see the curve is not bell shaped which implies that it cannot be symmetric about the mean. With this in mind we can come to the conclusion that the graph is not representative of a normal distribution curve.
