The "-" symbol at the beginning of the decimal lets you know that this is a negative number 0 = Zero "." = When reading a decimal point in a number, you always say 'point'. So, if you were saying the decimal 3.2 out loud you would say "three point two". 2= Two 0= Zero or simply 'O (Oh)' 5= Five
