Answer

Graphs are the mathematical structures used to model pairwise relations between objects. A graph in a graph theory is made up of vertices or points which are connected by edges or lines.

Work Step by Step

Graph Consists of a finite set of points known as vertices, line segments or curves which are called as edges which get started and ended at vertices. Swiss mathematician Leonhard Euler proposed a theory for management of routes, bridges and public transportation called graph theory. According to the graph theory, for any route, a graph is made that consists of vertices (that maybe assumed to be any specific area in a city) and edges or lines (that maybe assumed to be the routes for traveling from one area to the other).
