Chapter 1 - Section 1.6 - Relationships: Perpendicular Lines - Exercises: 15

Answer

It does not have a reflexive or transitive property. It does have symmetric property.

Work Step by Step

An angle can only be complimentary to itself if it is 45$^{\circ}$ otherwise a reflexive property is invalid. If angles 1 and 2 are complimentary and angles 2 and 3 are complimentary that does not necessarily mean that angles 1 and 3 are complimentary. If angle 1 is complimentary to angle 2 then angle 2 is complimentary to angle 1.
