A table is in 2nd NF if and only if it is in 1st NF and there exist no partial dependencies mean that every non-key attribute is fully dependent on primary key. The primary key is Order number and SKU but price can be determined by SKU alone. This violates the 2nd NF. We can normalize this table upto 2NF by creating a new table with the name of ITEM which can hold the price of the parts. The process of putting this table into 2nd normal form is shown in the attached picture.
