$\frac{5y+7x}{3xy}$.
In order to add or subtract fractions, we start by making a common denominator (bottom of the fraction). Thus, we multiply 5/3x by y/y and 7/3y by x/x to obtain: $\frac{5y}{3xy}$+($\frac{7x}{3xy}$)=$\frac{5y+7x}{3xy}$.
