Answer

$11.32

Work Step by Step

The Formula to find the percent increase is the following: $\frac{Change}{Original}$ The original is 8.50 per hour. The raise is to 9.35 per hour. $\frac{9.35-8.50}{8.50}=0.10$ This results in a 10% increase. When you get another 10% increase you would find the increase pay 9.35 x 1.10(+10%) and you would get 10.285. Round off to 10.29 since dollars only measure to the hundredths place. Then another %10 increase 10.29 x 1.10 = 11.3135 or $11.32.
