A skewed histogram has a mean that is greater than the median by a significant amount or a mean that is less than the median by a significant amount. A skewed graph looks like a normal bell curve pushed to one side. This histogram is not symmetric because no symmetry is present. It is incorrect to call a histogram "proportional" A uniform histogram has equal frequencies for each interval.
