Answer

An Initializer is used to initialize an object where as the methods are a block of code which uses data of object to perform some task and return the result. The Initializer is called automatically when an object is created but we need to call a method programmer explicitly needs to write a statement. Initializer does not return anything whereas all method must have a return type. Initializer always have the same name as class but method can have any name. Initializer can not be inherited whereas methods can be inherited by subclasses.
