It is difficult to measure discrimination as it is important to address disparities in human resources and work attributes. Measuring intellectual capital in the context of employment is hard. Many career characteristics often make it impossible to distinguish two different styles of employment when we research discrimination on the basis of gender, since many different occupations are often taken up by either sex.
