Dr. Rowan Mayfair
Dr. Rowan is Michael Curry's wife, and she is the protagonist in this series. Rowan feels hurt upon realizing that Aaron is dead, and she vows to investigate to unravel his killers. Together with her husband, Rowan goes to London to discover the mystery surrounding Aaron's death. While in London, Rowan and Michael are joined by Ashlar.
Rowan learns the Talamasca members are responsible for Aarons's death. The person directly responsible who caused the accident is Anton, and he is instantly killed by Ashlar when he spots him. Rowan also avenges him by causing a fatal stroke on Stuart after discovering that he participated in killing Aaron.
Michael Curry
Michael is Dr. Rowan's husband and is always ready to support his wife. When Aaron is killed, Michael plays a vital role in tracking down his killers, and they succeed when they kill Anton. Michael previously had an affair with Mona when Rowan disappeared. Mona became pregnant, but Rowana did not seem to be annoyed.
Mona
Mona is Rowan's cousin, and she is a beautiful young woman. When Rowan disappears mysteriously, Mona seduces Michael, and finally, he falls into her trap. They start an affair, and later Mona discovers that she is pregnant. She gives birth to a daughter called Morrigan, who she later discloses is a Taltos.
Yuri
Yuri was Aaron's close friend, and he knew the details of his death. When Rowan, Michael, and Ashlar meet Yuri, he discloses that Aaron's real killers are the members of Talamasca. Yuri was expelled from the Talamasca group. After arranging a meeting with Ashlar and Samuel, they discover that Anton killed Aaron.
Samuel
Samuel is a Taltos, and he plays a significant role in investigating the mysterious death of Aaron. He provides critical information that links Anton to the crime, and he is brought to instant justice.
Ashlar
Ashlar is a billionaire entrepreneur in London and a close friend to Rowan, Michael, and Yuri. Ashlar is disturbed by the news of the sudden demise of Aaron. When they discover that the culprit is Anton, Ashlar kills him on the spot.
Anton Marcus
Anton Marcus is an active member of Talamasca, a group Rowan believes is involved in the gruesome murder of Aaron. It turns out that Anton is the real killer who caused the accident to claim Aaron's death. Ashlar kills him.
Stuart Gordon
Stuart Gordon is the general of Talamasca, and he is the one who gives orders on who to kill. Unfortunately, he pressed the wrong button when he killed Aaron. Rowan used her powers to paralyze him as a punishment for killing Aaron.
Morrigan
Morrigan is the daughter of Mona. She is also an illegitimate daughter of Michael. Mona discloses to the family that Morrigan is a Taltos. Consequently, the Mayfair family has strong genes for Taltos, and they become the ultimate target for these aliens to reproduce more numbers.
