    Structure:

    Although we don't see it, Petals of Blood builds up to Munira's trial for murder. Such an important scene cannot go untold, so the class will fill in this gap.

    Break the class into three groups: the prosecutors, the defenders, and the judges.

    Ask members of the class to remind everyone of the evidence...
