Elizabeth is devastated and forlorn..... she's not only lost William, she's also lost Justine, who she knows to be innocent. Victor, however, suffers from both devatation and great guilt. He is not only resonsible for creating the monster that killed his brother, he is guilty of not revealing everything he knew in order to save Justine.
