Adelaide Norris
Leader of the Women's Army who at first leans to in a non-violent direction. But, decides she and her movement must become trained with the ability to bring violence if necessary. She is detained by the FBI and dies in her cell days later. The FBI declares that she committed suicide, which is an obvious lie.
Honey
Honey is the host of Phoenix Radio. She is a soft-spoken DJ who seeks to bring awareness about the reality of the so-called new Socialist Democracy which operates in name only. She brings awareness for the rights of women and supports the Women's Army after at first not wanting to join.
Isabel
Isabel is the host of Radio Ragazza. Unlike her counterpart, Honey she is an outspoken DJ who believes that revolution must occur by any means necessary and thus doesn't support the Women's Army initially as she believes they are too passive. She joins together with Honey and Phoenix Radio to create a mobile radio station after both brick and mortar stations are burned down by arson.
Zella Wylie
Zella is a lawyer that advises the Women's Army and after Adelaide's death she goes on national news to tell of the reality of what has occurred and declare liberation for the women of America who continue to be victimized and brutalized by the patriarchal society of America.
Becky, Pat, and Kathy
These three are a trio of newspaper editors that begin their journey with the Women's Army by not printing about their cause as they are unsure if they are a true movement or a cry for help. Eventually they all get on board with the Women's Army, even going on television to speak for women's rights and by the end their jobs are in jeopardy as they oppose the current Government and support the Women's Army.
