Ars Poetica Lesson Plan

Bringing in Technology

Throughout the study of "Ars Poetica," students with disabilities should have the option of using dictation software for writing assignments, text-to-speech software for reading assignments, or any other ADA-mandated technological accommodations.

In this lesson plan, students will be given several opportunities to use modern technology to engage with Archibald MacLeish's "Ars Poetica" and its themes. At regular intervals, students will be asked to carry out readings online, and in particular activities, they will be asked to use other technologies like Prezi and video editing software as well.
