601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642 is the most immediate reason why I am beyond excited to be afforded the opportunity to attend the University of Rochester. The Golisano Children’s Hospital is the location where I plan to begin my journey of becoming an undergraduate Pediatric Medicine Researcher, and then further as a Pediatric Physician.
There many cruel wrinkles we must go through living within our world, being victimized by one’s own health should never be one as we must deal with the outside complications simultaneously. As the daughter of a man who lost his life to cancer, it is the least I can do to at least make an effort to defeat this menace for those who have yet to taste what life is all about. Golisano has a plethora of incredible opportunities for me to flourish within what I have been thriving to reach as an aspiring Pediatric Physician. I dream of being able to tell a child that they are cancer free, or stably healthy at the least.
