Sets and Costumes
Kind of Activity:
Students will be able to examine the importance of scenery and other visual elements in the play, and evaluate how different types of scenery and costumes can impact how the play is understood.
Common Core Standards:
Lead the class in a discussion about the play's prescribed scenery and costumes. Make sure to discuss the role of costumes in the text itself, and the importance of setting the entire action in one room.
