We are doing a FlipGrid Video. If you could add or change one National (federal ) law to the USA, What it would be and why?

I would ensure a national healthcare single payer system rather than private insurance similar to the Canadian model. Healthcare should be a right and not just for the privileged who can afford it. Right now most people need to purchase some form of private health care insurance.
