This edition of Young Goodman Brown and Other Short Stories contains seven stories by Nathaniel Hawthorne. Hawthorne's short stories were originally published in newspapers and periodicals, and then were collected into volumes of short stories. The stories in this unit, and in this edition, were written between 1832 and 1850, and come from three of Hawthorne's original short story collections.
