Who is Phineas Fletcher? How is he different from the other Quakers?

Phineas Fletcher is a Quaker who helps George and Eliza on their journey. He is different from the other Quakers because number one, he's a convert (he became a Quaker after marrting a Quaker woman), and second, he admits to struggling with the Quakers adherence to pacifism.
