Is "Multicolor Eyeball" mentioned in Uglies?

In the theme section of the book Uglies, it mentioned that Pretties have multicolor Eyeball and they change their appearances every week by surgery. However, I did not remember this is being mentioned in Uglies. So can anyone tell me if this is mentioned in the sequel?
