let your bounty take a nap - Orsino has promised the fool some money which he may claim when he returns to Orsino. The fool says this line, giving bounty a personification comparing the "bounty" to a person who "could take a nap."

As black as Vulcan - this is an example of a simile - Orsino is talking about the fool and how the fool looked the last time Orsino saw him.
