The Captain tells Jim that within a week lubbers (sailors) will be looking for him, in order to give him the black spot and take his money.

The captain tells Jim that lubberss(sailors) are after him and they might give him the Black spot, and soon kill himand get his treasure, so he wants Jim to go to Dr. Livesey to call the revenue officers.
