Who does cole blame for his banishment on the island?

Cole blames Peter, Peter's laywer, his parents,and the circle for his banishment on the island.

When Cole was going to be banished he blamed everybody except for him. He blamed his parents because he feels like they could care less what happened to him, he also blamed his parents because they didn’t even try to free him. Cole blamed Peter for ratting him out. “It wasn’t like he had meant to hurt anyone. Besides, this wouldn’t have happened if Peter had kept his mouth shut.”
