What is the new sentence imposed on Cole?

Cole is basically charged with breaking the conditions of his first sentence. This should mean he will go to jail, but Edwin shows up and goes to bat for Cole. The Justice Circle gives Cole one more chance in the sole custody of Edwin and Garvey. Cole will sell all his possessions and return to the island for one last chance.
