Why does Atticus disapprove of the children's Radley game?

like when the kids are playing with dill during the summer in chapter 4 and Atticus sees them cutting up newspapers and holding scissors

Atticus finds the children's game mean spirited and invasive.... a hurtful invasion of Boo's privacy.
