Why does Alexandria think Atticus should dismiss Calpurnia? How does Atticus respond to the suggestion?

Aunt Alexandra believes that Scout needs a refined feminine influence from good Southern white pedigree. Calpurnia, as the black housekeeper does not meet her criteria. On another note, Alexandra also seems to be a bit jealous of the relationship the children have with Calpurnia.
