Well besides stabbing his dad in the leg with scissors, Boo was causing trouble with some bad boys. They were drinking and being disorderly when he resisted arrest. Boo's dad worked out a deal with the police so Boo didn't have to go to reform school. Boo was shut in his house since that time.
