What does Mrs. Dubose say about the children's mother? How does Jem feel about this?

Mrs. Dubose is actually quite complementary about the children's mother. Mrs. Dubose says that a "lovelier lady than the [children's] mother never lived." She also goes on to say that it is a shame that Atticus lets his kids run wild. This makes Jem angry.
