What reason does Dill give for trying to make boo Radley come out of the house? is there anything wrong with Dill's  behavior regarding boo?

Dill develops an insatiable curiosity about Boo, and wants to lay eyes on this strange "phantom," who is said to walk about at night looking in windows. This is childish curiosity, which could also be defined as intrusive and inconsiderate.
