you could talk about the main theme of the play, social prejudice. this can be further divided into subcatagories, racism (blacks in general, tom, atticus and children, aunt alexandra's condescending attitude towards calpurnia, dolphus raymond, missionary tea, miss gates), difference in social status between the whites (ewells and cunningham) and prejudice against the non-conformist (boo). this should be more than sufficient to write an essay.
