I will look further for the devices you listed above, but here are some quick examples of other literary devices.

Simile: "The events of the summer hung over us like smoke in a closed room."

Allusion: "Old Hitler.."-Adolf Hitler

Personification: "Time was playing tricks on me"

Foreshadowing: Scout is talking about Boo Radley and says she wishes she could get to see him up close. This foreshadows their eventual face to face meeting.

Irony: "'Jem, how can you hate Hitler so bad an' then turn around and be ugly about folks right at home--?'"
