The Ewell Home is on the same street as the Finch home but that is about it in similarity. The Ewell house looks dilapidated and shut off from the world, it feels isolated and withdrawn. The Finch house is kept well and full of life. Children play there and Calpurnia is always baking something. Windows are open in the summer and visitors are always welcome.
