Do you think the dog will meet the same fate as the man ? Why or why not ?

The dog won't have the same fate as the man. Unlike the man, the dog has been physically conditioned through hundreds of years of evolution to withstand the cold. The dog will make it back to Henderson Creek and the fire that man provides.
