None of the men are very work orientated.... makes you wonder how they kept their jobs. None-the-less, Jerome tends to look for, see, and blame his own faults on his companions. He can do it (packing) better, but the others are left to pick up the slack when he can't finish the job. Jerome is in love with the idea of sailing down the Thames, but he isn't up for the actual tasks that will make the trip successful..... none of them are.
