The DC says that he has brought his religion and administration so that the Ibo "may be happpy". How can this be justified?

This really can only be fully justified from a white perspective. The white's were bringing white justice to the Igbo. They were destroying the Igbo justice system. In the end the Igbo were not happy: they were only emasculated and torn apart.
