Are Okonkwo’s misogynistic views in keeping with other respected villagers, like Obierika?

Although this is a patriarchal culture, there were respected villagers that did not think like Okonkwo: he was pretty extreme. Ogbuefi Ezeudu is one such man that warns Okonkwo of his views.
