This is really asking for your opinion rather than mine. I might consider when Wilona, Daniel, and Byron run for the church; dazed, Kenny follows along behind. The front of the church has been reduced to a pile of rubble, and Kenny can see his family yelling for Joetta. Kenny spots a shiny black shoe just like Joey's under the rubble and tries to pull it, but then realizes it is attached to a person.
