How has Jagan’s personality changed as he’s grown older?
Jagan's flashbacks show sharp contrasts between his youth and current age. One notable example of this is Jagan's gluttony – although as a youth Jagan was notorious for his appetite, he is now almost absurdly fastidious about what he permits to enter his gullet.
