What is the difference between Morris and Mcmurdo

Moris is weak, coward and an unwilling scowrer. He is reluctant to follow any order made by the Lodge. He does not want to murder anyone. Mcmurdo on the other hand is brave and can take a stand for himself. He can face the dangers boldly.
